Refund & Cancellation Policy
All content on Showdated is currently free to read. This policy applies to any optional paid features or subscriptions we may offer, processed securely by Stripe.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@showdated.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Renewal payments can be refunded if requested within 7 days of the renewal and the paid features were not used. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
EU/UK consumers
You may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under EU/UK consumer law, separate from our 7-day refund window. Where you ask us to start providing digital content immediately, you acknowledge this right may be lost once delivery begins, as permitted by law.
