Privacy Policy
This policy explains how InnoSpark LLC ("we", "us"), operator of Showdated, handles personal data. Contact: support@showdated.com, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
Data we collect
- Usage data via Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, approximate location (country/city derived from IP; GA4 does not store full IP addresses), device and browser, referrer, and interaction events such as scrolling, time on page and clicks on buttons or outbound links.
- Contact form data: the name, email address and message you send us, stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) so we can reply.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request data to deliver and secure the site.
- Payments: if paid features are offered, payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use: (1) essential storage to remember your cookie choice; (2) analytics cookies from Google Analytics (e.g. _ga, _ga_*); (3) where advertising is shown, advertising cookies from Google and its partners.
Google advertising (AdSense)
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. Consent
In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies are off by default (Google Consent Mode v2) until you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser, which shows the banner again.

Your rights

California (CCPA/CPRA): right to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. To opt out of advertising cookies, click "Reject" in the cookie banner or use the links above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Retention
Analytics data: retained according to our Google Analytics data-retention setting. Contact messages: up to 24 months, then deleted.
Processors and transfers
Cloudflare (hosting), Supabase (database), Google (analytics, advertising), Stripe (payments, if used). Data may be processed outside your country under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children
Showdated is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
We will update this page and its date if this policy changes.
