Editorial policy & how we verify
What we publish
Showdated covers release dates and times for films, TV series and anime, converted into common time zones, plus where to watch legally.
How we verify
- Release dates come from official announcements (studios, networks, streaming platforms, official series websites) and established entertainment news.
- Time-zone conversions are calculated from the officially stated time; if no time is stated we say so.
- Unannounced dates are labelled as unannounced — we do not publish rumoured dates as fact.
- We link only to legal, licensed platforms.
- Every page shows the date it was last checked; the sources behind it are kept on file and available on request.
- We never invent facts, codes, dates, quotes, reviews, ratings or statistics.
Update cadence
Schedule pages are reviewed weekly during a season and immediately when a platform changes a date. The "Updated" date on each page shows the last time it was reviewed.
Corrections
If you spot an error, please tell us via the contact form or support@showdated.com. We aim to review reports within 2 business days. Material corrections are made on the page and the updated date is changed.
AI and automation
We use software, including AI tools, to help find questions people ask and to draft and format pages. A page is published only when its facts are backed by the sources we checked.
Advertising and affiliate links
Advertising is separated from editorial content. If we use affiliate links, they will be labelled. Nobody can pay to change our findings.
